摘要 目的:本研究采用循证医学的Meta分析比较3D扫描与手动方法测量乳房体积的可重复性。方法:检索Pubmed、Web of science、中国生物医学数据库与全文数据库(万方数据库、CNKI等)中2016年5月31日前公开发表的有关乳房体积测量的文献,根据纳入文献中三维扫描或手动方法进行归类,采用统计分析软件R对所提取的信息进行统计分析。结果:共纳入6篇相关文献,238例相关研究。3D扫描与手动方法测量乳房体积与实际乳房体积差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),其中手动方法对乳房体积的测量与乳房的3D扫描法测得体积的异质性检验P=0.64,3D扫描与手动方法测量乳房体积结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:3D扫描与手动方法可以准确测量乳房体积,3D扫描更高效且可重复性好,值得推广应用。 Objective:To compare the reproducibility of manual and 3D scanning breast volumetry with Meta analysis. Methods:Pubmed,Web of science,China biology medicine disc and full text databases( CNKI,Wan Fang,et al)were searched for published papers on breast volumetry with 3D. Eligible papers were grouped according to the volumetry method( manual,and 3D scanning) and evaluated for quality. With Meta analysis package Meta of R software,group- wise Meta analysis and comparison were performed. Results:6 articles including 238 cases of breast research were included in the study. There was no heterogeneity among included studies( P 0. 05) and there were no significant differences between 3D scanning estimated and true breast volumes of every group. The pooled results did not significantly differ between the two groups( P = 0. 64). Conclusion:The manual and 3D scanning breast volumetry are comparable in accuracy while the 3D scanning could have great reproducibility,which are worthy of recommendation in clinical setting.
