负压封闭冲洗引流技术在骨科肿瘤术后应用的临床研究

Vacuum sealing drainage applications in orthopedic tumor surgery

目的:探讨负压封闭冲洗引流技术在骨科肿瘤术后应用中的优势。方法:收集2012年1月至2014年1月收治的需进行骨科肿瘤手术的患者,按照知情、自愿、随机的原则分为观察组和对照组,观察组在手术后通过负压封闭冲洗引流技术进行手术创面处理,对照组术后按照常规方法进行手术创面处理,比较两组患者平均住院时间、创面愈合时间、手术总费用和治疗效果。结果:与常规换药技术相比,经过骨科肿瘤手术后使用负压封闭冲洗引流技术可以显著减少医务人员的工作量、减轻患者痛苦,同时可以显著加快手术创面的愈合时间,减少患者住院所需时间,同时可以显著减少手术后并发症的发生。结论:负压封闭冲洗引流技术与传统技术相比可以显著改善患者术后愈合质量,副作用小,疼痛等级低。

Objective：To investigate effect of drainage vacuum sealing technology in orthopedic tumor surgery.Methods：Patients need orthopedic tumor surgery,were divided into two groups control group,and observation group after surgery treated by vacuum sealing flush drainage for surgical wound,the control group after surgical wounds treated in a conventional method. Results：Compared with conventional dressing techniques,after orthopedic tumor surgery using vacuum sealing irrigation and drainage technology can significantly reduce the workload of medical staff,to alleviate the suffering of patients,surgery can significantly speed up healing time,reduce patient hospitalization time and can significantly reduce the occurrence of post- operative complications. Conclusion：The drainage vacuum sealing technology,compared with traditional techniques can significantly improve the quality of patients,side effects,pain level is low.
