GST-π与胃癌相关性的研究进展

Progress of GST-π in gastric cancer

胎盘型谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶-π(GST-π)是化疗耐药相关基因,参与耐药机制的形成。GST-π通过一系列作用机制调控肿瘤的生物学行为。本文就GST-π与胃癌相关性研究做一综述,以期为临床上分子靶向药物和化疗药物的选择及胃癌预后判断提供参考。

GST- π is a gene which related on chemotherapy resistance,it can participate in the formation of drug resistance mechanisms. GST- π can regulate tumor biological behavior through a series of mechanisms. This article aims to review the recent progress of GST- π in gastric cancer for guiding the molecular targeting therapy and chemotherapy of gastric cancer and judging the prognosis of gastric cancer.
