摘要
以资源消耗理论为基础,提出了一个关于非伦理领导行为的新理论框架模型:上级非伦理领导通过领导成员交换和情绪耗竭预测下级非伦理领导行为,道德认同扮演调节变量的角色,而下级非伦理领导对普通员工非伦理行为的作用则有可能受到员工职场正念的影响。同时,还对组织非伦理领导行为不同演变阶段的干预和管理措施做了述评,并对文章局限性和将来研究方向进行了总结和展望。
Based on the resource drain theory,a new theoretical framework model of unethical leadership is proposed in this paper: superiors,unethical leadership predict subordinates,unethical leadership by leader-member exchange and emotional exhaustion; moral identity plays a role as a moderator, and the role of the subordinates,unethical leadership on unethical behavior of ordinary employees is likely to be affected by mindfulness at work. At the same time,the paper also reviews the intervention and management measures of different stages of organizational unethical leadership, and summarizes the limitations of the article and looking to the future research.
