摘要
以山东某纺织厂为例,针对5种新风过滤材料的过滤性能进行测试,并对过滤风速对过滤阻力和容尘量的影响、试验滤料对遮风量的影响以及市场造价等几个方面进行分析,建议该纺织厂使用TJ90滤料,为车间提供更高质量的新风。
Taking one textile factory in Shandong as an example,the filtration perform-ance tests on five kinds of filter material are conducted. The influence of filtration flow on the filtration resistance and dust content,the influence of filter material on the cover flow, and cost of the market are analyzed. And the TJ90 filter material is recommended for this textile factory, which provides fresh air with higher quality.
