摘要
对冷冻机房群控系统的节能策略进行研究,提出冷冻机房节能控制的数学模型。通过简化模型与试验数据相结合,对核心控制参数进行定性分析,并提出利用正交试验、线性回归等方法建立参数优化数据库,可实现一套节能程度非常高的群控系统方案。经试验验证,该群控系统方案与传统的PID群控系统相比可达到30%左右的节能效果。
The energy-saving strategy of group control system of chilled plant is stud-ied, and the mathematical model of energy-saving control for chilled plant is put forward. Combined the simplified model with test data? the qualitative analysis on the key control parameters is carried out. A group control system with high energy-saving degree is achieved by establishing a database parameter optimization using orthogonal experimental and linear regression. The experiment verification is conducted. and the results show that this group control system can achieve around 30% of energy-saving compared with the conventional PID group control system.
