摘要
在涡旋式压缩机运行过程中,止推块与曲轴之间存在滑动摩擦。止推面的摩擦润滑状态对于压缩机摩擦功耗和维持曲轴组件的稳定运行有着重要的影响。本文开展涡旋式压缩机止推面摩擦润滑特性研究,分析在其工作过程中止推面的摩擦润滑状态和相关参数对摩擦性能的影响。相关研究结果可以为涡旋式压缩机止推面的摩擦润滑设计提供理论指导。
During the operation of scroll compressor,there is the sliding friction between thrust block and crankshaft.The friction and lubrication state of thrust surface has the great influence on the friction power loss of the compressor and the stable operation of crank assembly.The research of friction and lubrication characteristics of thrust surface of scroll compressor is carried out.The state of friction and lubrication of thrust surface,and the influence of system parameters on friction performance are analyzed.The relevant study results can provide theoretical guidance for friction and lubrication design of thrust surface of scroll compressor.
