兴国县高血压等6种疾病防治一体化管理信息系统村医使用情况分析

Use of Integrated Management Information System of Prevention and Treatment of Six Kinds of Diseases Such as Hypertension in Village Doctors in Xingguo County

目的了解兴国县乡村医生对一体化管理信息系统的培训、掌握和应用情况。方法采用分层抽样,6个试点乡镇每个乡镇随机抽取3个村,对所抽中村的所有村医进行调查和面访,调查村医参与一体化管理信息系统培训情况及对一体化管理信息系统的掌握和应用情况。结果村医参加一体化管理信息系统培训率达到84.1%;除宫颈癌外,其他5种疾病(高血压病、糖尿病、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、乙型病毒性肝炎、泌尿系结石)患者及高危对象建档率均在70%以上,77.15%的村医能较熟练掌握系统使用。结论建立一体化管理信息系统,能促进并提高医疗卫生信息管理水平。

Objective To understand the training,mastering and application of the integrated management information system in village doctors in Xingguo county.Methods Using the stratified sampling,3villages were randomly selected from each of 6pilot townships.All of the village doctors were investigated and interviewed to understand the training,mastery and application of the integrated management information system.Results A total of 84.1% of village doctors participated in the training of integrated management information system.The filing rates exceeded70%in patients and subjects at high risk for hypertension,diabetes,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,hepatitis B or urinary calculi(except cervical cancer).Totally 77.15% of village doctors were proficient in using the system.Conclusion The integrated management information system can improve the level of medical and health information management.Therefore,it is worthy of promotion.
