社会核算矩阵是以矩阵形式对国民经济核算体系的一个完整而又清晰的表述,在详尽分析社会核算矩阵的原理和编制方法的基础上可以看出,省级区域社会核算矩阵与国家级社会核算矩阵是存在差异的。以河南省为例,根据最新发布的2012年河南省投入产出表,结合其他相关数据,编制了河南省2012年社会核算矩阵,并对其进行了细化。

From the social accounting matrix point of view, the difference in socilevel and county level can been seen clearly. For Henan province, based on the lateput table of 2012, combining with other data, the author compiles Henan 2012 Macro-SAM and alsotailed SAM, which provides overall analysis frame to understand the regional economy in Henan province
