Historical Investigation of Ideological and Political Education on Cadres from 1949 to 1956 and Its Enlightenment

1949-1956年,面对严峻复杂的党情、国情、世情,中国共产党紧紧围绕中心任务开展思想政治教育,并在全国范围内建立起干部思想政治教育培训体系,对广大干部进行了卓有成效的思想政治教育。其经验教训表明,干部思想政治教育必须坚持具体目标和根本目标的有机统一,必须不断健全和完善中国特色的干部思想政治教育培训体系,以增强干部思想政治教育的实效性。

Faced with the grim and complicated situations of our party, of our country and the world from 1949 to 1956, the Communist Party of China（CPC） closely focused on ideological and political education around the central tasks. The Party built up training system of the ideological and political education on cadres across the country and carried out fruitful education accordingly. The experience and lessons show that the ideological and political education on cadres must ad-here to the organic integration of specific goals and the fundamental goals and keep improving the training systems with Chinese characteristics to strengthen the actual effect of the ideological and political education on cadres.
