省域生态文明建设的绩效评价与空间关联模式研究

Study on the Performance Evaluation and Spatial Association Pattern of Provincial Ecological Civilization Construction

在运用DPSIR概念模型构建综合评价指标体系的基础上,采用组合赋权法对省域生态文明建设绩效进行了动态评价,并通过LISA分析对其空间关联模式进行了识别测度。研究结果表明,我国省域生态文明建设绩效近年来呈上升态势,但同时亦存在一定程度的空间差异;在我国省域生态文明建设空间格局中,近年来呈H-H型空间关联模式的省域数目有所增加,呈L-L型空间关联模式的省域数目趋于减少。

Based on the DPSIR （Driving Forces-Pressure-State-Impact-Response） Model, the com-pound evaluation index system is built for evaluating the performance of the provincial ecological civilization construction of China in this paper. Meanwhile, the spatial association pattern in the layout of the provincial ecological civilization construction of China has been explored on the basis of LISA（Local Indicators of Spatial Association）. The results show that China？ s provincial eco-logical civilization performance is improved rapidly from 2007 to 2013, but at the same time the disequilibrium phenomena also exist to a certain extent. In the spatial pattern of the provincial ec-ological civilization construction of China, the number of provinces whose spatial association pat-tern is Low-Low is decreased gradually, whereas the number of provinces whose spatial associa- tion pattern is High-High is increased from 2007 to 2013.
