Study on the Theory and Practice about the Reform of Supply-side in United States

美国供给侧改革理论主张经济自由,反对不必要的政府干预。为破解经济滞胀困局,美国里根政府推行了供给经济学政策和政府内部供给侧改革。美国以市场机制为主,激发经济主体生产积极性的供给侧改革理论与实践,为中国推进供给侧结构性改革提供了借鉴,应把握宏观经济供求规律,使市场在资源配置中发挥决定性作用,降低企业生产与交易成本,建设服务型政府。

The theory of supply-side economics by the United States proposes that supply creates demand, and market can fully play the function of resources allocation. The theory also advocates the freedom of economics and object to the unnecessary intervention from government. In order to snap out of the economic stagflation, supply-side economics policies and government internal reforms of the supply-side have been put into effect in the Reagan administration, and the Reagan administration has achieved some economic effects. The theory which fires the production enthu-siasm of the main body of economy on the basis of market mechanism provides some experiences and enlightenment for China to promote the supply-side structural reform. Therefore, we should understand the macroeconomic law of supply and demand, and make the market play the decisive role in resources allocation ,and reduce the production and trade cost in enterprises, and establish service-oriented government.
