摘要
在中国艺术界流行着"愈是民族的,就愈是世界的"说法,它已成为中国文化艺术界的信念。这个命题在理论上从来没有论证,且经不起分析;在实践中不具有可行性、可操作性,是一个经不起推敲的命题。从逻辑学看,世界性与民族性是整体与部分的关系,一个民族的文化艺术要跃升为世界的,需要转化条件。这三个必备的条件是:它们拥有人性和人道主义的自由进步精神;它本身是优质的、开放性的,既能影响其他民族,又能吸收别人的优质;它不仅能够为世界各民族的文化艺术奉献新的艺术形式,又能启发其他民族的创新精神。
There is a belief in Chinese art world: " The more national, the more international" . But this belief has never been demonstrated in theory,and cant be proved through analysis. It is a false dichotomy which is neither feasible nor practical. From the perspective of logic, the relationship between being international and being national is just like that between the whole and its part. A nation^ culture and art cant go global unless it meets the three necessary conditions of conversion: it has the freedom of humanity and humanitarian spirit of progress;it is superior and open,and can influence other nations,and can absorb other nationsr superior art and culture; it can not only contribute a new art form to the culture and art of all nations in the world, but also inspire other nations, spirit of innovation.
