提高教学质量、确保高质量人才的培养是当前高校教育的核心。湖北理工学院光谷北斗国际学院是湖北理工学院与武汉光谷北斗控股集团有限公司共同建立的混合所有制非独立法人的教学院。学院员工采取全员聘用制,针对新体制和新机制,在学校现有"1+3"教学闭环运行系统基础上,增加"教师选聘"和"企业评价保障"两翼,提出"闭环+两翼"质量保障结构,以期充分发挥混合所有制优势,确保学院教育教学质量。
