对高校青年教师教学能力培养的实践、体会及思考 被引量:5

摘要 青年教师的教学能力是高校可持续发展的关键因素。目前,高校青年教师教学能力的培养途径多存在培训不系统、培训内容与教学实际相脱节、未营造有利于青年教师对教学工作反复思考和实践的良好氛围等缺点。基于以上情况,应引导青年教师群体在一个相当长的时间内进行高等教育教学方面的研修,通过专家引领、集体讨论研修、个人反思践行、研修成果汇编等,让青年教师不断更新教育教学理念,并实现在教学改革、课程建设、团队建设、科学研究等方面能力的不断提升,确保高校高水平师资队伍的可持续发展,更好地满足高校专业人才培养需求。 Teaching ability of young teachers is the key factor to the sustainable development of colleges and universities.Nowadays,there are many weaknesses in the way to improve young teachers' teaching abilities,such as lacking systematic arrangement in training,disconnection between training content and teaching practice and failures in creating a good atmosphere for young teachers to think over as well as practice their teaching jobs.Based on the situation above,young teachers should be guided for a period of long time together to research and study in higher education teaching.By means of expert guidance,group discussion,personal reflections and practice,compilation of academic achievements,young teachers can constantly update ideas of education and further improve their abilities in teaching reforms,curricula construction,team building and scientific research to make sure the sustainable development of high-level university faculty,better meet needs of talent cultivation of colleges and universities.
