血同型半胱氨酸水平检测在脑梗塞患者中的应用价值及影响因素研究

摘要 目的探讨血同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平检测在脑梗塞患者中的应用价值及影响因素。方法以24例脑梗塞患者为观察组,23例健康体检者为对照组,检测并比较2组Hcy水平。结果 (1)观察组Hcy水平明显高于对照组(P﹤0.05);2组男性Hcy水平与女性比较无统计学差异(P﹥0.05)。(2)不同病情脑梗塞患者Hcy水平比较,Hcy重度﹥Hcy中度﹥Hcy轻度,组间差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论 Hcy是导致脑梗塞发生的重要危险因素,对Hcy水平进行检测,可为临床预防及诊治脑梗塞提供依据。 Objective To investigate the application value and influencing factors of plasma homocysteine (Hcy) levels in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 24 cases of cerebral infarction patients as the observation group, 23 cases of healthy physical examination as the control group, the detection and comparison of the 2 groups of Hcy levels. Results The level of Hcy in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 〈 0.05). There was no significant difference in the level of Hcy between the 2 groups (P 〉 0.05). Comparison of Hcy levels in patients with cerebral infarction in different conditions, Hcy severe 〉 Hey 〉Hcy mild, significant difference between groups (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Hey is an important risk factor for cerebral infarction, and it can provide evidence for clinical prevention, diagnosis and trealment of cerebral infarction by detecting the level of Hey.
