重庆市长寿区2011-2016麻疹、风疹疑似病例实验室结果分析

Analysis on the laboratory results of suspected cases of measles and rubella in the longevity district of Chongqing City

目的对重庆市长寿区2011-2016年麻疹、风疹疑似病例的IgM检测结果进行分析,为麻疹、风疹的监控和预防提供参考依据。方法采用酶联免疫对疑似患者的血清进行检测,S/N(样品OD值/阴性对照OD均值)吸光度比值﹤2.1则为阴性,S/N吸光度比值≥2.1则为阳性;分析比较麻疹、风疹阳性例数和发病年龄、时间段、是否接种疫苗的关系。结果 275例麻疹、风疹疑似病例中有70例为麻疹阳性(25.46%),29例风疹阳性(10.55%),阴性176例(64.0%)。结论 2011-2016年重庆市长寿区的麻疹、风疹发病率较低,应该继续加强对幼龄儿童的疫苗接种和青少年的病情监控。

Objective To analyze the IgM detection results of suspected cases of measles and rubella in the longevity district of Chongqing from 2011 to, and to provide reference for the monitoring and prevention of measles and rubella. Methods using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay to detect the serum of patients with suspected S/N（the sample od/OD mean negative control） absorbance ratio﹤2.1 was negative, S/N absorbance ratio was larger than 2.1 is positive;comparative analysis of measles and rubella and the number of positive cases of age, time period, whether the relationship between vaccination. Results in275 cases of measles and rubella suspected cases, 70 cases were positive for measles（25.46%）, 29 cases of rubella were positive（10.55%）, and 176 cases were negative（64.0%）. Conclusion 2011-2016 in Chongqing Changshou District of measles and rubella incidence is relatively low, should continue to strengthen the monitoring of the condition of young vaccination of children and adolescents.
