摘要
为了准确认知交叉航道内船舶的复杂态势,提高航道管理效率,根据船舶拥挤的形成过程,提出了交叉航道拥挤的定义。基于船舶汇聚的静态和动态特征,建立了船舶间汇聚度计算模型。在此基础上,基于复杂网络理论,构建了反映交叉航道整体汇聚度的加权网络模型。通过实例计算分析,结果表明加权网络模型能够准确反映交叉航道内船舶汇聚程度,为航道管理的有效实施提供决策依据。
In order to accurately know the complex situation of ships in crossing waterway and improve channel management efficiency, a definition of crossing waterway congestion is proposed based on formation process of ship congestion. The aggregation model of pair wise ships is constructed based on the static and dynamic characteristics of ship aggregation. On this basis, the weighted network model reflecting the overall aggregation of ships in the crossing waterway was established based on complex networks theory. Finally, the weighted network model was validated through examples; the results show that the model accurately reflected the aggregation of ships in crossing waterway, which provides basis for decision making for effective implementation of channel management.
