摘要
目的:探讨磁共振成像(Magnetic Resonance Imaging,MRI)及高分辨率CT(High Resolution Computerized Tomography,HRCT)对不同类型的先天性内耳畸形的诊断价值。材料与方法:收集影像学资料,回顾性分析38例患者畸形的类型及程度,通过对CT和MRI影像学资料的分析,按解剖部位对各类先天性内耳畸形进行分类,了解各类畸形的发病情况及影像学检查对各类先天性耳畸形的价值。结果:前庭导水管扩大23例;耳蜗畸形6例,其中Mondini畸形2例、Michel畸形1例、不完全分隔Ⅰ型1例、未发育1例、共同腔畸形1例;前庭畸形伴前庭导水管扩大3例;内听道畸形6例。结论:MRI及HRCT两种影像学检查方法同时应用能够充分显示先天性内耳畸形的各种改变。
Purpose: To evaluate malformation of inner ear using MRI and CT. Materials and Methods: 38 patients diagnosed malformation of inner ear radiological were collected in our study. Results: 23 cases had malformation of enlargement of vestibular aqueduct ; 6 cases had cochlea malformation ; 3 case had vestibular malformation with enlargement of vestibular aqueduct, 6 cases had abnormal internal auditory canal. Conclusion: MRI and HRCT is a good modality to show the malformation of inner ear.
