彩色多普勒超声与磁共振对胎儿先天性心脏病的临床诊断价值分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声对胎儿先天性心脏病的临床诊断价值。材料与方法:选择我院2013年8月-2015年10月收治的445例孕妇作为研究对象,所有孕妇均经彩色多普勒超声检查及磁共振检查。比较两种检查方法对胎儿先天性心脏病的检出率。结果:经彩色多普勒超声检查发现,445例胎儿中,其中25例发现心脏异常,检出率5.62%。经磁共振检查发现,445例胎儿中发现26例心脏异常,检出率5.84%。两组比较差异无统计学意义(p>0.05)。结论:针对胎儿先天性心脏病可行彩色多普勒超声诊断,能尽早诊断出胎儿是否存在先天性心脏病,具有较高的临床价值,值得推广使用。 Purpose: To investigate the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of fetal congenital heart disease. Materials and Methods: in our hospital in August 2013 - 2015 year in October 445 cases of pregnant women as the research object, all pregnant women were diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasound and MRI. The detection rate of two kinds of examination methods for fetal congenital heart disease. Results: the color Doppler ultrasound examination revealed 445 cases of fetus, including 25 patients with cardiac abnormalities, the detection rate of 5.62%. by MRI examination found that 26 cases were found in 445 cases of fetal cardiac abnormalities, the detection rate of 5.84%. between the two groups difference With no significant difference ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion: for fetal congenital heart disease feasible color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of early diagnosis, the existence of fetal congenital heart disease, with a high clinical value, worthy of promotion.
