摘要 目的:探讨双能量减影技术在经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管胸片定位中的价值。材料与方法:从我院2015年1月至2015年6月行经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管后采用数字化X线摄影胸片定位的400位患者中,置管末端位置在胸片上显示不清晰的36位患者使用双能量减影技术拍摄胸片,分别获得三幅图像:标准DR图像、软组织图像、骨组织图像。结果:36位经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管患者进行双能量减影技术拍摄胸片,在骨组织图像中置管位置均可清晰显示。结论:双能量减影技术在经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管胸片定位中能更好地显示置管末端位置。 Purpose: To investigate the value of locating chest radiography with digital radiography (DR) -dual energy subtraction technique in peripheral inserted central venous catheter (PICC). Materials and Methods: Among 400 cases from January 2015 to June 2015 after PICC, 36 unclear images in the catheter terminals position on the chest radiography were performed by DR-dual energy subtraction. Three images were given individually: standard DR images, soft tissue images, bone tissue images. Results: 36 patients on the chest radiography performed by DR-dual energy subtraction after PICC displayed clear images in catheter terminals position in the bone tissue images. Conclusion: DR-dual energy subtraction in PICC on the chest radiography showed better position in catheter terminals.
