摘要 无论从设计质量、工期,还是工程全过程管控,传统设计方法已无法适应国家电网公司建设坚强智能电网的需求。通过对Bentley Substation软件创造性的开发应用,依托某地区220kV变电站工程,深入探索变电站三维协同设计方法。通过进一步厘清三维设计理念,梳理设计流程、分析设备建模的关键接口,提升应用工程软件取得变电站三维设计优质成果的能力。依靠模型和数据互联,实现多专业主动实时联动,减少人为差错,显著提高设计质量,提升设计手段。 Traditional design methods have been unable to adapt to the demand of State Grid for strong and smart grid,in whatever design quality,duration,or the whole process of engineering control.Based on the development and application by using Bentley Substation creatively,we explore deeply on 3DCollaborative Design,relying on a regional 220 kV substation project.The method improves the ability of using engineering software to obtain a series of quality 3Ddesign,by clarifying the 3Ddesign concept,combing the design flow and analyzing the key interfaces of equipment modeling.Relying on models and data network,it achieves real-time multi-disciplinary initiative linkage.Moreover,it reduces human error,improves the quality of design significantly and enhances the design methods.
