我国煤炭行业绿色发展的内涵与低碳转型路径初探

The Connotation of Green Development and Exploration of Low Carbon Transformation Path of Coal Industry in China

分析新时期我国绿色发展的时代背景,提出煤炭行业绿色发展的内涵,并认为应有阶段性侧重。煤炭行业在转型过程中,如何化解产能过剩、减少污染物排放以实现清洁化转化利用是近中期的紧迫性问题,而碳排放问题则是煤炭行业面对的更为持久性和瓶颈性问题。通过初步探讨煤炭低碳化转型的可选技术路径,认为推动煤炭行业深度碳减排既是行业自身实现可持续发展的必须条件,也是我国能源系统革命与经济绿色转型总体进程的重要内容。

Analyzing the time background of China＇s green development in new period, this paper puts forward that the connotation of coal industry＇s greendevelopment is rich and it should be phased focused. In the transformation process, dissolving excess production capacity and reducing pollutant emissions to realize cleaning production and using should bethe urgency problem in early and medium-term, but the carbon emissionsproblem is the more persistence andbottleneck problem faced by the coal industry. The paper preliminarily discusses the optional technology path of low carbon transformation, considers promoting the depth of the carbon emissions reduction is the must condition to realize sustainable development of coal industry, and it is also an important part of the overall process of our country＇s energy system revolution and economic green transformation.
