摘要
采用多目标动态优化建模方法,对神华集团的煤炭、电力、煤制油化工、运输和可再生能源板块的不同产业链组合方式进行模型构建,分析2014—2020年间参考情景、利润总额最大、28%的污染物减排约束条件和排放总量最低4种情景,可以得到不同减排约束下与环境协同发展的、效益最优的能源产业链组合方案。
In this paper, using a multi-objective optimization method to model the combination of different industrial chains ofcoal, power, coal oilchemical, transportation and renewable energy of Shenhua Group, analyzing four scenarios including reference cases between 2014 and 2020, maximum benefits case, 28% constraint condition of emission reduction and lowest emission, to obtain, under different constraints of emission reduction, the combination sheme of energy industrial chains that synergeticly develop with environment and attains optimal benefits.
