低碳经济下煤炭企业供应链管理问题的探讨

Discussion on Supply Chain Management Issues of Coal Enterprise under Low Carbon Economy

低碳经济下煤炭供应链的各个环节都要实施低碳化经营,在对煤炭企业供应链管理现状及问题进行分析的基础上,提出从健全低碳发展的法律法规、加大政府对煤炭研发投入、加强煤炭供应链的低碳管理、推进煤炭企业低碳技术的研发与应用、构建节点企业的网络信息平台等方面提升煤炭供应链绩效,实现煤炭企业低碳供应链的创新管理。

Every link of coal supply chain should implement low carbon managementunder low carbon economy. On the basis of analyzing the present situation and existing problems of supply chain management of coal enterprise, this paper puts forwardfrom the aspects that： perfecting the laws and regulations of the low carbon development, increasing the government＇s input for coal research and development, strengthening low carbon management of coal supply chain, promoting research and development and application of low carbon technology of coal enterprise and building network information platform of node enterprise,etc, to promote coal supply chain performance and realize the innovation management of the coal enterprise＇s low carbon supply chain.
