摘要
以山东能源肥矿集团梁宝寺矿为例,阐述了煤炭企业实行内部市场化的必要性和紧迫性,以及如何构建煤炭企业市场化管理体系。通过介绍梁宝寺公司推行市场化管理的主要做法,分析了取得的效果,以期为其他煤炭企业提供借鉴。
Taking Shandong Energy Feicheng Liang Bao Temple Mining as an example, this paper expounds the necessity and urgency of implementing internal marketization in coal enterprise, and discusses how to build the coal enterprise's marketing management system. By introducing Liang Bao Temple Company's main methods of promoting marketization management, it analyzes the effect of these measures, so as to provide reference for other coal enterprises.
