摘要
长期以来,教育研究者对利益存在着偏见,他们夸大了利益与学术研究专业性、自主性之间的矛盾,并将利益与学术腐败混为一谈。这种偏见正在阻碍教育研究的发展。事实上,利益是教育研究发展的重要推动力,它有助于推动教育研究关注市场需求、实现成果转化、吸引优秀人才。实现教育研究中的利益,应从观念上肯定教育研究者对利益的正当需求,从政策上培育和开发教育研究的市场,从制度上营造公平竞争的市场环境。
Education researchers have a prejudice against interests for a long time. They overstate the contradic- tions between interests and academic research's professionalism and autonomy, and confuse interests with academic corruption. Nowadays, the prejudice is impeding the development of education research. Actually, as one of most im- portant impetus, interests promotes educational research focus on market needs, transform research achievements into reality and attract talented people. In order to accomplish the interests of education research, the reasonable interests pursuit of education researchers should be acknowledged, measures should be taken to foster and develop the market of education research, institutions should be adopted to build a fair market.
