The relationship between Chinese teacher and a Chinese old saying "Writings are for conveying Tao" is aptly embodied in another saying "Where there is a Tao, there is a teacher", which also reveals the connotation of the professional development of Chinese teachers, which also reveals the connotation of the professional development of Chinese teachers. In this relationship, "Writings" is not like a truck, while "Tao" is not goods. Therefore, "Teacher" is not the driver but the "Tao" itself. Thus, "Tao" is the theory starting point of the teacher professional development, the soul of "Writing" and the seed of "teacher", which will consistent in the teachers' words and deeds. Therefore, how to become profession teachers depends on the grasp of "Tao".
