"文以载道"与教师的关系,被"道之所存,师之所存"再贴切不过地表达着,教师专业成长的道路也由此得到明确的喻示。在这个关系中,"文"不是车,"道"不是车上的货物,教师不是驾车的人,三者是"道"的同一的存在。因而,"道"是教师专业发展的理论起点,是"文"的灵魂,是"师"的种子,并在教师的一言一行中一以贯之。因此,能否成为专业的教师则取决于其对"道"的拥有和把握。

Therefore, how to become profession teachers depends on the grasp of ＂Tao＂.
