摘要
构建理念正确、过程科学的教研模式,对保证校际合作教研的有效性具有重要价值。基于"三校联合教研"活动的实践,依据爱德华·索亚的"第三空间"理论,整合自我反思、同伴互助、专家引领的校本教研基本方式,可以构建"三位一体校际联动"的教研模式。这一模式包括参与学校、活动主题、活动主体、教研形式、教研过程等维度的"三位一体"空间组织,以及集体教研、同题异构、会诊研讨、专家讲座、校际交流、反思完善等"六环节"教研流程。
Constructing a teaching-research model with a proper concept and a scientific process is of great value to the promise of effective inter-school cooperation in teaching research. Based on the practice of "joint teaching research by three schools" and "the third space theory" proposed by Edward Sawyer, the teaching research model featuring "the trinity of inter-school linkage" can be constructed by integrating the basic ways of school-based teaching research of self-reflection, peer coaching and experts leading. This model contains "the trinity" of space organization, such as schools that participant in it, activity theme, activity subject, form and process of teaching research, as well as "the six-link" teaching research process, like collective teaching research,same title with different structures, consultation seminars, expert lectures, inter-school exchange and reflection and perfection.
