山西省重点中学课堂教学模式改革情况调查研究——基于F中学的案例研究 被引量:2

摘要 基于教师改变的视角,通过自行设计的调查问卷,从课堂教学模式改革推进的支持性因素、制约性因素和改革建议三个方面,对山西省F重点中学教师群体进行全样本式问卷调查表明:中学教师对于课改的总体认同度较高,对课改优势有明确认识并有强烈的改革意愿,且教学行为已发生明显改变,教学效能感不断增强;课改对教师专业素养提出了更高的要求,教师工作压力相对加大,需要高水平理论引领和持续性条件支持。进一步有效推进课堂教学模式改革,学校应在激发教师自愿性改革意愿、提升教师信息化教学能力、赋予教师更多教学活动决策权、建立完善的教师专业发展支持体系等方面作出努力。 From the perspective of teacher change, a self-designed questionnaire survey was conducted among the teachers in the key F Middle School of Shanxi Province from such three aspects of classroom teaching model reform as supportive factors, restrictive factors and reform suggestions. The results show that middle school teachers generally have a high agreement with the curriculum reform and a clear understanding of the advantages of curriculum reform, thus a strong wish of reform. As a result, their teaching behavior has changed greatly and teaching efficacy has also become strengthened. Besides, curriculum reform has set higher demands on teachers' professional quality, exerting comparatively great pressure on teachers and requiring high-quality theoretical guidance and sustainable condition support. To further promote the classroom teaching model reform, the school should motivate teachers to reform volun- tarily, improve teachers' ability of digital teaching, empower teachers to decide teaching activities and establish perfect system of supporting teachers' professional development.
