地方高等院校学术资本主义趋势初探——以教育经费投入差异为考察视角

A Probe into the Trend of Academic Capitalism in Local Universities——A Perspective of the Difference of Financial Investment in Education

地方高等院校承担着为地方区域经济和社会发展培养各类应用型人才的重任,其学生生均财政性经费远远低于中央部属高校,国家财政性教育经费投入比例减少,社会筹资能力较弱,对学杂费等事业收入的依赖性较高。地方高等院校要更好地生存和发展,经费来源成为瓶颈,其必须正视学术资本主义趋势,尝试解决高校发展的经费来源问题,促进高校的学术研究发展,并在坚持学术发展的同时,扩大社会资源的引入。

Academic capitalism as a trend of higher education emerged in the latter half of the 20th century, is an activity that universities and their teachers ensure the external capital market or an activity with market character- istics, and the evolution of education funds is one of the main clues. With the continuous development of higher educa- tion in China and the constant fusion of international social economy, the fiscal policy of education has changed and the education funds become the factors to influence and even restrict the development of local universities themselves. The author will compare the changes of the proportions of public funds of the universities directly administrated by Ministry of Education and local universities, tuitions and other revenues to probe into the major influence of academic capitalism trend on local universities.
