摘要
价值创造是一个动态的集成过程,由此利用集成管理理论,从战略集成、组织集成、过程集成和知识集成层面来构建企业集成创新体系,有效地获取资料、进行分析,系统地解决企业价值创造问题,以最大程度地满足顾客的需求,达到最大满意度,改善产品的可用性并推进产品创新活动。
The integration process of value creation is dynamic, using the theory of integrated management, from the point of strategy integration, organization integration, process integration and knowledge integration to build enterprise integrated innovation system, obtain and analysis information effectively, solve the problem of enterprise value creation systematically, meet customer needs maximally, achieve maximum satisfaction, improve product availability and promote product innovation activities.
