基于F28335的飞机防滑刹车控制系统设计

摘要 采用数字信号处理器(TMS320F28335)和高精度线性频幅转换芯片(LM131)等集成芯片搭建了飞机防滑刹车系统的硬件电路,并采用基于跑道识别技术的PD+PBM复合控制算法,结合MATLAB代码自动生成技术进行软件设计。系统实现了机轮速度信号的采集、跑道辨识以及防滑控制等功能。为了验证系统设计方案的可行性,将防滑控制系统结合半物理仿真台进行仿真实验。实验结果表明,系统能够适应不同跑道状态,具有良好的防滑刹车性能。 The hardware design circuit of the aircraft anti-skid braking system,which is based on the digital signal processor( TMS320F28335)and high precision linear F / V converter chip( LM131),is built in this paper. Also,PD + PBM hybrid algorithm based on runway state observer is adopted to design the software by using automatic code generation technology of MATLAB. The system realizes the functions of wheel speed signal acquisition,runway identification and anti-skid control. In order to verify the feasibility of this solution,simulation experiment combining the system with the hardware-in-loop test-bed is carried out. The simulation results demonstrate that this system can adapt different runway states and has good anti-skid braking performance.
