对新形势下合格党员标准的理性思考

Rational Thinking on the Qualifying Standards of Party Members under New Situation

结合中国共产党合格党员标准的历史演变，从党员政治素养、纪律意识、道德品质、能力素质4个方面分析，对新形势下合格党员标准的科学内涵进行了解读。着眼党和国家事业的新要求，从领会关于合格党员的规定要求、把握空谈误国、实干兴邦的基本要求、强化问题意识和导向3个方面对合格党员如何履职尽责进行了阐述。

This paper analyzes the historical evolution of the standards of qualified members from four aspects：political quality, discipline consciousness, moral quality and ability quality, and points out the scientific connotations of qualified Party members＇ standards in the new situation. It also considers the cause of the Party and the new requirements for the country, and expounds views on how to perform duties from three aspects：grasp specified requirements of qualified Party members,learn that rhetoric mouths fail a country while pragmatic hands revitalize a country,and enhance problem consciousness and orientation.
