强军文化是习主席强军目标的支撑，也是其文化建军思想的集中反映。强军文化可以分为忠诚文化、战斗文化和作风文化三个组成部分。强军文化的提出，是我军军事文化自省的结果。它传承了我军的文化传统，契合了当下部队发展的现实要求，也为我军未来的发展寻找到文化的支撑。自觉后的强军文化，充分彰显了我军事文化的自信。

The culture of an army is the base of the strong army goal, and a concentrated thought of constructing an army according to the culture. The culture of a strong army is consisted of loyal culture, combat culture and style culture. The culture of a strong army is the result of military culture consciousness of PLA. It inherits the culture tradition of our army, and agrees with realistic requirements for the development of the present force. It has found culture support for future development of our army, too. After the cultural consciousness,the culture of a strong army fully demonstrates cultural confidence of our military culture.
