A Formulation on Optimization of Psychological Service Work in PAP Military Academies

心理服务工作是院校思想政治工作的基本内容，是加强人员思想政治素质和心理健康水平、解决心理行为问题和预防心理疾病的基本保障形式。根据军队院校心理工作要求，武警院校心理工作也需要工作体系的系统化、工作方式的综合化、服务对象的全面化和服务保障的网络化等基本要求。这就需要突出服务性系统性的工作理念，优化工作内容和方式，建立健全信息化保障机制，实现心理工作在院校人才培养中的功能和价值。

The psychological service work is the basic form of ideological and political work, which is to strengthen the cadets＇ ideological and political quality and health level, solve psychological and behavioral problems and prevent mental illness. According to the psychological requirements,psychological service work in academies of PAP needs the systematization of the work system, the integration of the work mode ,the comprehensiveness of the service object,and the network of service guarantee. That needs to highlight the concept of service system work, optimization of the content and methods of work, establish and improve the information security mechanism, and realize the function and value of psychological work in the personnel training.
