修订《人民武装警察法》的学理分析

Theoretical Analyses of Revising The People＇s Armed Police Law

当前，正处于《人民武装警察法》立法完善工作全面启动之际，有必要从学理上对修订《人民武装警察法》的必要性、可行性进行分析，同时对武警部队职能任务范围、强行控制对象、细化警械武器使用规定、保障措施具体化及其法律责任的承担等《人民武装警察法》修订的重点问题进行初步的研究讨论。

At present, the legislation work of the People＇s Armed Police Law has launched comprehensively. Therefore, it is necessary to theoretically analyze the necessity and feasibility of modification of Armed Police Law, and discuss important issues including the armed forces mission scope, force control object, the regulations on the use of police weapons, security issues and specific measures.
