中国特色社会主义政治经济学理论体系构建——以人民为中心的社会生产关系视角

The Construction of Theoretical System of Socialist Political Economics with Chinese Characteristics—People-Centered View of Social Production Relations

构建中国特色社会主义政治经济学理论体系需要从方法论的视角来审视该体系应有的全貌。中国特色社会主义政治经济学理论体系的构建方法和研究对象都需要在马克思主义经济学视角下进行规范。西方经济学无法信服解释和解决中国经济发展问题,决定了以人民为中心的经济发展应构建具有中国特色且符合中国经济发展特征的理论体系。中国特色社会主义政治经济学的核心是建立以人民为中心的社会生产关系,重点是要建立与以人民为中心经济发展相适应的社会生产关系基础体系,明确劳动者地位及相互间关系,优化产品分配和解决好劳动就业、收入分配、社会保障、生态文明等问题。以人民为中心社会生产关系视角下构建中国特色社会主义政治经济学,需要在基础理论上深刻秉持马克思关于人的全面发展理论、实践上遵循科学性的现状调查、扬弃将实践中正确部分并进行系统化、通过问题导向促进理论体系完善。

To construct the theoretical system of political economy of socialism with Chinese characteristics we need to examine the system from the perspective of methodology. The construction method and research object of the theoretical system of political economics of socialism with Chinese characteristics all need to be regulated in the perspective of Marxist economics. Western economics cannot be convinced to explain and solve the problem of China＇s economic development. It is determined that the people-centered economic development should be constructed with Chinese characteristics and in line with China＇s economic development characteristics of the theoretical system. The core of the political economy of socialism with Chinese characteristics is to establish the people-centered social relations of production. The emphasis is to establish a basic system of social relations of production that compatible with the economic development centered on the people and clearly define the status of workers and their relations, then optimize product distribution and solve problems such as labor employment, income distribution, social security and ecological civilization. To construct the political economy of socialism with Chinese characteristics from the perspective of people-centered social production relations, we need to abide by Marx＇s theory on the comprehensive development of human in the basic theory, follow the scientific investigation in practice, through the problem-oriented theory to improve the system.
