我国农业旅游发展及其升级转型

Agricultural Tourism Development in China and Its Upgrading

在政府的大力支持下,我国农业旅游经济实现了较快发展,农业旅游投资规模不断扩大。新农村建设背景下,推动农业旅游发展的价值在于促进农民就业,推动农村第三产业的发展,推进农村环保事业的发展。文章以福建省福州市休闲农业旅游发展为案例进行分析,发现我国农业旅游发展存在功能定位不够明确,资源转化程度不髙,基础设施建设有待完善,以及休闲农业旅游发展缺乏法律政策规范等问题。为此,需加强农业旅游发展的规划与基础设施完善,转变政府职能定位加强法制监管,做好旅游开发保护工作,通过农业旅游发展的升级转型推动新农村建设背景下的农业经济发展。

Under the government＇s strong support, China＇s agricultural tourism economy achieves a rapid development; agricultural tourism investment scale is continually expanding. Under the new rural construction, promote the development of agricultural tourism is benefit for promoting the employment of farmers, the development of tertiary industry in rural areas and the development of rural environmental protection. In leisure agriculture tourism development as a case study analysis found in Fuzhou, China＇s agricultural tourism development currently exists with： functional orientation is not clear enough, the degree of resource conversion is not enough, lack of infrastructure, as well as lack of legal policies and regulations for leisure agriculture tourism development. To this end, we need to strengthen the agricultural infrastructure to improve planning and tourism development, improve government functions in strengthening legal supervision, and make good tourism and protection work. By upgrading agricultural transformation of tourism development, we should promote the economic development of agriculture in the new rural construction.
