摘要
当前,一些互联网企业滥用自身所掌握的优势地位,在为客户提供产品的同时,往往会对消费者进行区别性定价,从而使得互联网企业获得超额利润。这种现象会对互联网的技术创新造成极大伤害,更会对消费者的福利获取产生较大的削弱作用。互联网经济作为一种全新的经济方式,其对于市场经济的影响正在不断增加,借助反垄断法对互联网产品价格进行限制的同时也必须适应该市场的特殊性。当然,在我国互联网经济背景下,对于价格歧视规制应当充分借鉴当前国际社会的成功案例。
In the current rapid development of Intemet, Internet companies abuse their mastery of the dominant position; tend to provide consumers for distinguishing pricing so as to gain excess profits. In addition, this kind of phenomenon will cause great restriction for technological innovation of the Intemet companies; more it can produce larger weaken on the benefit of consumers. The Internet economy as a kind of brand-new economic mode, its effect on the market economy is increasing, with the help of anti-monopoly law to restrict the Intemet product price at the same time, it must adapt to the particularity of the market. Under the background of the Internet economy in our country, of course, for price discrimination and regulations shall be fully draw lessons from the successful case of the current international society.
