2015年无锡市食品化学污染物监测结果分析

Analysis on monitoring results of chemical contaminants in food of Wuxi City in 2015

目的了解无锡市食品中主要化学污染物及有害因素的污染水平,确定危害因素的分布和可能来源,为开展食品安全风险评估和标准制定修订、跟踪评价等提供科学依据。方法根据《2015年无锡市食品安全风险监测实施方案》的要求,开展食品化学污染物及有害因素监测,利用现行各类食品国家卫生标准进行采样和检验。结果食品化学污染物及有害因素监测采集食品样品374份,超标样品27件,总超标率7.22%。有害元素检测超标率为10.47%,农药残留超标率为3.23%,食品添加剂超标率为18.42%。结论无锡市部分食品中化学污染物污染严重,需进一步加强主动监测工作,覆盖更多的品种和监测项目,使监测数据更科学,减少食源性疾病的发生。

[Objective]To investigate the levels of main chemical contaminants as well as harmful factors in food in Wuxi City,identify the distribution and possible sources of harmful factors,and provide the scientific basis for carrying out the assessment of food safety risk,establishment and revision of standard,and following up and evaluation.[Methods]Based on the Implementation plan for food safety risk monitoring in Wuxi City in 2015,the food chemical contaminants and harmful factors were monitored,and the sampling and detection were performed according to the current national health standards.[Results]Totally 374 food samples were collected for monitoring of chemical contaminants and harmful factors,and 27 samples exceeded the standard,with the total exceeding standard rate of 7.22%. The exceeding standard rate of harmful elements,pesticide residues and food additives was10.47%,3.23% and 18.42%,respectively.[Conclusion]The pollution from chemical contaminants in food is serious in Wuxi City.It is necessary to further strengthen the active monitoring and cover more food varieties and monitoring projects,to improve the scientificalness of monitoring data and reduce the incidence of foodborne diseases.
