摘要
目的了解无锡市居民户食用碘盐质量和居民户层次盐碘水平,保证使用合格的碘盐;完成无锡市重点地方病控制和消除评价和全国地方病防治"十二五"规划终期考核评估工作,分析无锡市各县区2015年盐碘尿碘检测情况。方法依据《江苏省碘盐监测实施方案》的居民户碘盐监测采样要求,按各地区的东、西、南、北、中5个片区1个乡镇4个村,每个村抽取15户居民盐样。结合重点地方病控制和消除评价中碘缺乏病县级自评工作,每县含学龄儿童和孕妇家庭各为200和100户,共计300份盐样。碘盐测定按照GB/T 13025.7—1999硫代硫酸钠直接滴定法进行碘含量测定。采用酸消化砷铈催化分光光度测定法测定尿样中碘含量。结果 2015年无锡市共检测食用碘盐2 700份,其中合格2 575份,合格率为95.37%;非碘盐50份,不合格碘盐75份。全市碘盐覆盖率为98.93%,碘盐合格率为97.36%,合格碘盐食用率为96.32%,非碘盐率为1.07%。结论无锡市居民基本实现食用合格碘盐的目标,但仍然存在少量非碘盐。需加强宣传教育和食用碘盐的监督管理,使居民能正确购买和识别碘盐。
[Objective]To explore the quality of iodized salt and the level of the salt iodine content in households of Wuxi City,ensure the consumption of qualified iodine salt,complete the evaluation of key Endemic Disease Control and Elimination in Wuxi City,accomplish the final examination and evaluation work of the nationwide endemic prevention with the Twelfth Five-year plan,and analyze the detection results of the salt iodine and urinary iodine in counties and districts of Wuxi City in 2015.[Methods]According to the household iodized salt sampling requirements from the Implementation plan of iodized salt monitoring in Jiangsu Province,one township and four villages were selected from five regions of east,west,south,north and center,and the salt samples were collected from 15 households of each village/township. Combined with the county-level self-evaluation of iodine deficiency disorders in control and elimination of key local diseases,there were 200 households with school child and 100 households with pregnant women in each county,amounting to 300 salt samples. The iodine content of iodized salt was determined in accordance with direct titration method of sodium thiosulfate from GB/T 13025.7-1999. The urinary iodine content was determined by acid digestion arsenic cerium catalytic spectrophotometric method.[Results]Totally 2 700 samples of edible iodized salt were detected in Wuxi City in 2015,2 575 samples were qualified with the qualified rate of 95.37%,and there were 50 samples of non-iodized salt and 75 samples of unqualified iodized salt. The coverage rate of iodized salt was 98.93% in Wuxi City,the qualified rate of iodized salt was 97.36%,consumption rate of qualified iodized salt was 96.32%,and rate of non-iodized salt was1.07%.[Conclusion]The target of qualified iodized salt consumption has been achieved basically in Wuxi City,buy there are still a small number of non iodized salt. It is necessary to strengthen publicity and education and improve the supervision and management of iodized salt consumption,to guide the residents to correctly purchase and distinguish iodized salt.
