摘要
目的了解压力管理干预对改善汽车制造企业(车企)员工压力反应与工作满意度的作用。方法于2014年1月采用分层随机抽样的方法选取广州某中日合资车企员工280人进行压力反应和工作满意度的测量,基于工作满意度分数,得到低工作满意度组(实验组)76人,高工作满意度组(对照组)76人;开展为期12个月的压力管理干预,于2015年1月再次进行压力反应和工作满意度的评估,了解干预效果。结果车企员工的压力反应和工作满意度显著相关(r=0.219,P<0.05)。经过压力管理干预后,实验组的压力反应得分(19.38±9.54),显著高于干预前(16.00±10.47)(P<0.05);工作满意度得分(11.07±4.59),显著高于干预前(2.89±1.96)(P<0.01)。结论通过压力管理干预,能够在一定程度上改善车企员工的压力反应,提高工作满意度。
[Objective] To learn the effect of stress management intervention on improving stress reaction and job satisfaction among auto company employees.[Methods]A total of 280 employees in a sino-japanese joint venture auto company in Guangzhou were selected in January 2014 by stratified random sampling method to detect the stress reaction and job satisfaction. According to the score of job satisfaction,we got the low job satisfaction group(experimental group,n =76) and high job satisfaction group(control group,n=76).The two groups accepted a twelve months stress management intervention,and then the stress reaction and job satisfaction scores were measured in January 2015 to learn the intervention effect.[Results]The stress reaction score had a significant correlation with the job satisfaction score(r=0.219,P〈0.05). After the intervention,the stress reaction and job satisfaction scores in experimental group(19.38±9.54)was significantly higher than that before intervention(16.00±10.47)(P〈0.05). The job satisfaction score(11.07 ±4.59) was significantly higher than that before intervention(2.89 ±1.96)(P 〈0.01).[Conclusion]Stress management intervention can improve the stress reaction and job satisfaction of auto company employees.
