单纯性肥胖遗传因素的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 单纯性肥胖是一种重要的慢性代谢性疾病,是遗传和环境因素共同作用的结果。目前,肥胖正在成为包括中国在内的全球性的流行病,已经成为严重的公共卫生问题。随着人类基因组计划的完成,各种疾病相关基因陆续定位,单核苷酸图谱的构建,使人们对疾病可以进行基因诊断,对人们认识疾病可能的发病机制有重要的意义。本文搜索国内外近年发现的单纯性肥胖相关基因,试图将其分为影响能量摄入的基因、影响能量消耗的基因及运用全基因组关联分析技术发现的肥胖基因三类,综合分析单纯性肥胖基因、肥胖与环境三者关系,希望能对读者理解单纯性肥胖的发病机制有所帮助。 Simple obesity is an important chronic metabolic disease,which is the result of the interaction of genetic and environmental factors. At present,obesity is becoming a global epidemic,including China,which has become a serious public health problem. With the completion of the human genome project,various diseases related genes successively positioning,single nucleotide map construction,so that people can carry out gene diagnosis,which have an important significance to understand the pathogenesis of disease. The authors search the obesity-related genes in recent years,try to identity them as follows: gene affecting energy intake, gene affecting energy consumption and gene found by using a genome-wide association analysis, and comprehensively analyze the relationship among simple obesity gene,obesity and environment. It may help readers to understand the pathogenesis of simple obesity.
