电感耦合等离子体质谱法快速测定化妆品中的稀土元素 被引量:3

Rapid determination of rare earth elements in cosmetics by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry determination

摘要 目的建立化妆品中同时检测多种稀土元素的快速分析方法,并采用本方法分析实际化妆品中稀土元素的含量。方法样品经硝酸体系微波消解后,优化仪器条件,选择合适的气体流速,在线加入铑(Rh)和铼(Re)内标校正仪器信号漂移、基体效应对测定结果的影响,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)在碰撞池模式(CCT)下对16种元素进行测定。结果镨(Pr)、铽(Tb)、铥(Tm)、钬(Ho)在0.5μg/L^50μg/L,钇(Y)、镧(La)、铈(Ce)、钕(Nd)、钐(Sm)、铕(Eu)、钆(Gd)、镝(Dy)、铒(Er)、镱(Yb)、镥(Lu)在0.5μg/L^100μg/L时线性良好,相关系数≥0.999 6。方法回收率为96%~115%,检出限为0.01 ng/g^0.4 ng/g,相对标准偏差为0.28%~1.22%。结论该方法简单、快速、准确,适用于化妆品中16种稀土元素的同时检测。 Objective To develop a rapid analysis method for rare earth elements in cosmetics,and to analyze its concentration in practical samples with this method.Methods The samples were digested by microwave method,optimizing conditions of instrument,appropriating gas flow rate,with Rh and Re as internal standard,to conquer the impact of instrumental positive fluctuation and matrix effect on the determination results,and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) was used to determine 16 kinds of elements in the collision pool model(CCT).Results Good linearity was achieved when the concentrations of Pr,Tb,Tm,Ho were within 0.5 μg/L-50 μg/L,and that of Y,La,Ce,Nd,Sm,Eu,Gd,Dy,Er,Yb,Lu were within 0.5 μg/L-100 μg/L,with correlation coefficients(r) ≥0.999 6.The recoveries were within 96%-115%,the detection limit was within 0.01 ng/g-0.4 ng/g,and relative standard deviations was within 0.28%-1.22%.Conclusion This method is simple,rapid,accurate and suitable for the simultaneous detection of 16 kinds of rare earth elements in cosmetics.
