血清miR-340-5p检测在肺癌诊治中的临床价值研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的通过检测微小miR-340-5p在肺癌患者血清中的表达,研究其与肺癌患者临床病理特征的相关性,并探讨其能否作为肺癌早期诊断的潜在肿瘤标志物的可能性。方法应用逆转录定量聚合酶链反应(RT-q PCR)分析法对55例肺癌患者、21例健康者、32例肺部良性疾病患者血清中的miR-340-5p水平进行检测,采用方差方程的Levene检验及均值方程的t检验进行统计学比较。用ROC曲线对指标的诊断效能进行分析和评价。结果肺癌患者组血清中的miR-340-5p肿瘤标志物水平明显高于健康组和肺部良性疾病患者组,FC值为6.48,差异有统计学意义(F=12.23,P<0.05;t=-4.44,df=83.8,P<0.05)。ROC曲线下面积AUC为0.785,灵敏度为66.3%,特异度为73.7%。结论 miR-340-5p在肿瘤患者中是高表达,在血清中的检测对肺癌的诊断有一定的临床价值,并有较高的灵敏度和特异度,是诊断肺癌较为理想的指标。 Objective Through the detection of micro miR-340-5p expression in the serum of patients with lung cancer and its correlation with clinicopathological characteristics of patients,so as to explore the possibility of its potential as a potential tumor marker for the early diagnosis of lung cancer.Methods RT-q PCR analysis was used to detect 55 lung cancer patients and 21 healthy people,32 patients with benign lung disease in serum miR-340-5p levels; statistical comparison t test was performed using Levene test and variance equation of the mean equation.Analysis and evaluation of the diagnostic efficacy of indexes were performed by ROC curve.Results The sign level of the serum of lung cancer patients in the miR-340-5p group was significantly higher than that of tumor markers of patients with benign disease in healthy group and lung group,and the difference was statistically significant(F = 12.23,P〈0.05; t =-4.44,df = 83.8,P〈0.05).FC value was 6.48.ROC area under the AUC curve was 0.785,the sensitivity was 66.3%,and the specificity was 73.7%.Conclusion miR-340-5p is highly expressed in tumor patients,the detection of serum in the diagnosis of lung cancer has a certain clinical value,and has a high sensitivity and specificity,is an ideal indicator for the diagnosis of lung cancer.
