子痫前期孕产妇血清BDNF和NSE水平联合在预测新生儿预后中的价值

Value of combined detection of serum BDNF and NSE levels in pregnant women with preeclampsia for prediction of neonatal prognosis

目的探讨子痫前期孕产妇血清脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)和神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)水平联合预测新生儿预后的价值。方法选取2014年6月-2016年3月该院收治的子痫前期孕产妇60例,检测其剖宫产前的血清BDNF和NSE水平,并统计其新生儿预后。分析子痫前期孕产妇血清BDNF和NSE水平与新生儿预后的关系及在预测新生儿预后中的价值。结果 60例子痫前期孕产妇新生儿预后不良发生率为36.67%(22/60),与新生儿预后良好者比较,新生儿预后不良者剖宫产前的血清BDNF水平降低,同期血清NSE水平则升高(P<0.05)。Logistic多元回归分析结果显示,子痫前期孕产妇剖宫产前血清BDNF和NSE水平与新生儿预后均密切相关。结论子痫前期孕产妇剖宫产前血清BDNF和NSE水平联合预测新生儿预后的价值良好,联合检测子痫前期孕产妇剖宫产前血清BDNF和NSE水平可能作为其新生儿预后评估的参考指标。

Objective To explore the value of combined detection of serum brain-derived neurotrophic factor（BDNF） and neuronspecific enolase（NSE） levels in pregnant women with preeclampsia for prediction of neonatal prognosis.Methods Sixty pregnant women with preeclampsia treated in the hospital from June 2014 to March 2016 were selected.Serum BDNF and NSE levels before cesarean section were detected,and neonatal prognosis was statistically analyzed.The relationship between serum BDNF,NSE levels of the pregnant women with preeclampsia and neonatal prognosis was analyzed,the value of serum BDNF and NSE levels in pregnant women with preeclampsia for prediction of neonatal prognosis was also analyzed.Results The incidence rate of adverse neonatal prognosis in pregnant women with preeclampsia was 36.67%（22/60）.Compared with the pregnant women with good neonatal prognosis,serum BDNF level before cesarean section in pregnant women with adverse neonatal prognosis decreased,while serum NSE level increased（P 〈0.05）.Logistic multivariate analysis showed that serum BDNF and NSE levels before cesarean section in pregnant women with preeclampsia were closely correlated with neonatal prognosis.Conclusion The value of combined detection of serum BDNF and NSE levels in pregnant women with preeclampsia for prediction of neonatal prognosis is good,combined detection of serum BDNF and NSE levels may be reference indexes for neonatal prognosis assessment.
