子宫内膜息肉中雌激素受体、血管内皮生长因子和转化生长因子-β1的表达及相关性研究 被引量:43

Expressions of ER,VEGF,TGF-β1 in endometrial polyps and correlation study

摘要 目的探讨子宫内膜息肉中雌激素受体(ER)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)的表达及相关性。方法选取接受子宫内膜息肉切除术治疗的127例患者作为研究对象。术后对研究对象的息肉组织及其周围内膜组织进行常规病理检查以及免疫组化染色,测定子宫内膜息肉组织及其周围正常内膜组织中ER、VEGF、TGF-β1的表达情况。结果 1子宫内膜息肉腺体组织ER、VEGF表达分级显著高于周围正常内膜腺体组织(P<0.05),子宫内膜息肉腺体组织TGF-β1表达分级与周围正常内膜腺体组织相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);子宫内膜息肉间质组织ER表达分级与周围正常内膜间质组织相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),子宫内膜息肉间质组织VEGF、TGF-β1表达分级显著高于周围正常内膜间质组织(P<0.05)。2子宫内膜息肉腺体组织中,ER与VEGF表达呈显著正相关(r=0.729,P<0.05),ER与TGF-β1表达无相关性(r=0.307,P>0.05),VEGF与TGF-β1表达无相关性(r=0.369,P>0.05);子宫内膜息肉间质组织中,ER与VEGF表达呈显著正相关(r=0.809,P<0.05),ER与TGF-β1表达呈显著正相关(r=0.626,P<0.05),VEGF与TGF-β1呈显著正相关(r=0.695,P<0.05)。结论子宫内膜息肉的发生、发展可能与其异常表达ER、VEGF、TGF-β1密切相关。 Objective To explore the expressions and correlations of estrogen receptor (ER), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) , and transforming growth factor beta 1 (TGF-β1) in endometrial polyps. Methods A total of 127 patients treated by transeervi- cal resection of polyps were selected as research object. Routine pathological examination and immunohistochemieal staining were performed in polyps tissue and adjacent endometrial tissue after operation. The expressions of ER, VEGF, TGF-β1 in polyps tissue and adjacent endometrial tissue were detected. Results The expression levels of ER and VEGF in glandular tissue of endometrial polyps were statistically significantly higher than those in glandular tissue of adjacent endometrial tissue ( P〈0.05 ). There was no statistically significant difference in the expression level of TGF-β1 in glandular tissue between endometrial polyps and adjacent endometrial tissue ( P〉0. 05 ). There was no statistically significant difference in the expression level of ER in interstitial tissue between endometrial polyps and adjacent endometrial tissue ( P〉0.05 ). The expression levels of VEGF and TGF-β1 in interstitial tissue of endometrial polyps were statistically significantly higher than those in interstitial tissue of adjacent endometrial tissue ( P〈0. 05 ). In glandular tissue of endometfial polyps, ER expression was positively correlated with VEGF expression (r = 0. 729 ,P〈0. 05 ) , there was no significant correlation between ER expression and TGF-β1 expression ( r = 0. 307 ; P〉0. 05), there was no significant correlation between VEGF expression and TGF-β1 expression ( r = 0. 369,P〉0.05 ). In interstitial tissue of endometrial polyps, ER expression was positively correlated with VEGF expression (r=0. 809 ,P〈0. 05) and TGF-β1 expression ( r = 0. 626, P 〈 0. 05 ) , VEGF expression was positively correlated with TGF - β1 expression ( r = 0. 695, P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusion The occurrence and development of endometrial polyps may be closely related to the abnormal expressions of ER, VEGF, and TGF-β1.
