关于加快建设山西省科技创业孵化链条的思考

Some Thoughts of Speeding up the Construction of the Incubation Chain of Technological Entrepreneurship of Shanxi

加快建设"苗圃—孵化器—加速器"科技创业孵化链条对加快山西省经济结构转型升级、拉动全省经济快速增长的重要意义。通过文献研究、分析与综合研究方法,总结了"双创"工作开展以来为优化全省创新创业环境山西省政府制定出台的一系列政策和举措,简要分析了全省科技企业孵化器发展现状以及存在的问题,并结合山西省省情和科技创新创业载体建设情况,在孵化平台、孵化政策系统、政府市场机制、人才培养4方面提出了建议。

Speeding up the construction of the hatching chain of technological entrepreneurship of ＂ nursery- Incubator- accelerator＂ has a great significance to speed up the transformation and upgrading of the economic structure of Shanxi and stimulate the rapid economic growth. Through literature reviews,comprehensive analysis and research,this paper sums up the policies and measures issued by government of Shanxi to optimize the innovation and entrepreneurship environment since the innovation and entrepreneurship work carried out. The paper analyzes the current situation and problems of science and technology enterprise incubator of Shanxi and puts forward some suggestions on incubation platform,incubation policy system,government-market mechanism and talent cultivation based on the situation of Shanxi and the construction of scientific and technological innovation carrier.
