国际金融组织贷款项目绩效评价研究

A Research on the Performance Evaluation of the Loan Project of International Financial Organization

在综述国内外有关国际金融组织贷款项目绩效评价研究的基础上,以亚洲开发银行贷款湖南省M道路项目为案例,运用灰色层次分析法,以"相关性、效率、效果、可持续性"为准则,构建了绩效评价指标体系,分析评价了湖南省M道路项目的实施效果。

Based on a review of the domestic and foreign researches on the performance appraisal of loan projects of international financial organizations,taking the Asian Development Bank lending to M road project of Hunan province as a case,this paper uses the grey analytic hierarchy process and takes ＂the relevance,efficiency,effect and sustainability＂as principles to construct an index system of performance evaluation and analyzes and evaluates the implementation effect of M road project of Hunan province.
